The King Alfred Pub in Carlton Colville will be holding a Quiz Night on the 8th May to raise much needed funds for the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
The quiz will be hosted by the EAAA’s local fundraisers, David Murphy and Olly Larkin and will include a film scores music round. The reigning champions, the “Billy Boys” will be returning to defend their crown. Teams are made up of two to six players with a £2 entry fee which includes a light buffet. Those taking part in the quiz are asked to arrive at 7pm so that rounds can begin promptly at 7.30pm.
The evening also boasts a fabulous raffle with top prizes donated by local business including 4 entry tickets to Pleasurewood Hills.
EAAA Deputy Fundraising Co-ordinator, Olly Larkin said: “We are enormously grateful to the King Alfred Pub in Carlton Colville for the time and effort they have put into running this event for the EAAA. It is such a fun occasion and we are very much looking forward to seeing the local teams competitive spirit on display! We are overwhelmed by the support of local fundraisers, without which the vital life-saving work of the East Anglian Air Ambulance simply couldn’t continue.
