Invitations to previous and potential new exhibitors for the Sudbury Christmas Tree Festival to be held in St Peter’s from 5 to 9 December 2012 have now been sent out and the team behind the event are hoping for their best festival yet.
Organised by Sudbury’s two Rotary Clubs, this is the tenth festival to be held in the town, and each year it has grown in popularity with both exhibitors and visitors.
Peter and Valerie Goodchild, of Sudbury and Sudbury Talbot Rotary Clubs said: “More than 100 invitations have been sent to past exhibitors and those who requested to be added to our mailing list last year. We’d also like to extend an invitation to anyone else who is interested in exhibiting to complete a booking form before the deadline of Friday 26 October 2012.”
The festival will be open to the public from 10am to 7pm from Wednesday 5 to Saturday 8 December, and from 10am to 6pm on Sunday 9 December. Admission is £1 minimum per adult and free for children under 12 years.
Proceeds from this year’s festival will be going to the East Anglian Air Ambulance, The Friends of St Peter (who care for the town centre’s retired church), and other good causes in the community chosen by the Rotary Clubs of Sudbury and Sudbury Talbot.
Those wishing to book a stand at the event can pick up a booking form from Sudbury Tourist Information Centre in the library on Market Hill in Sudbury, or by emailing email@example.com.
